I submitted my application on April 27 for ONIP HCP stream and still status in submitted stage. They say there is huge inflow of applications but how is it possible they didn't issue any NOI in last 2 months. its delayed

To get an NOI the minimum is 350+ as per new guidelines. i got NOI for my score 394 month back and i submitted application. now i am not able to access the link from last 2 days. is it accessible for others. let me know please...

i communicated with OINP and got a response but its generic and not specific to the case. they want a fully submitted application and only then they can finalize if they can nominate. we have to invest time and efforts to get the nomination and cant say anything abt the outcome

I don't have French skills but still recvd NOI just after one week of creating express entry profile. my score is 393 and still wonder why I got this invitation :) as minimum is mentioned 400

Thanks viviam. I have a job offer but its not LMIA approved so cant apply in employer job offer foreign worker stream. if i had LMIA my CRS score would have gone to 393+50 =443 and can wait for ITA. Now I have only human capital option
