Hi, April 4 kami nag send ng passport... june 5 interview ng LC1 ko...... nag e-mail ako sa CEM asking for update sa papers namin nung 3 weeks na wala pa visa namin.. then they asked me for a scanned copy ng COPR ng LC1 ko, i complied then after 2 weeks dumating na visa namin.. try to e-mail CEM...

Hi! most likely 2-3 weeks after your landing interview they will receive their Passport stamped with the visa and their COPR thru courier (DHL). :)

Your son will receive his COPR first together with his passport with visa. Then after he lands there in canada he will receive his PR card 30-45 days also...

Hello! After your interview you will receive your COPR (certificate of permanent residency) then you will receive your PR card 30-45 days after your interview. :) :)

hi.. most probably a month before it gets posted in ECAS.. in my case our file was sent jan 14 and it was posted i think around the second week of Feb....

if you indicated your e-mail add sa application nyo for sure sa e-mail sila magsesend.... check out this thread.... pero try to go sa mga latest pages.....

CONGRATS KALINKA!!! JUST AN UPDATE .... I checked my hubby's ecas if there's any changes and then thought if I can check my application (LC2) by omitting the X from my file number (XE00000000), if ecas will accept it.... and I got best news so far ...In process, started processing Sept 27...

Yes, he received his OWP last week of june (finally) and in his ecas it says decision made.... hope this change will give us what we've been waiting for for so long... to be with our loved ones......

please correct me if I'm wrong cause I might be just overwhelmed with what I just read.... with this change in processing times, Q2 of 2010 applicants will reach finish line December this year till the first quarter of 2013?

unfortunately, nothing yet.... still hoping for some good news...... really hope he's going to get the OWP anytime soon.... it will be our son's 7th b-day this coming april........ and the most heart-breaking part is the last time he went home for a vacation was our kid was still in diapers...

correct me if I'm wrong.... but as I understand it the First stage approval is for the PR itself... OWP's are not included anymore in the first stage that's why they are issuing them as early as 3 months after opening the applications..... and that's why there are remarks on the OWP regarding...
