So should I take my foreign work experience out of my work history and add it to the personal history...

As far as I'm aware, you need to list all immediate family that aren't already listed in the application. So your parents and siblings would need to be listed.

Got mine yesterday too. At what stage do the ask you for your documents? I still haven't submitted it for cause I'm still doing my travel history. Once you've submitted it, can you upload the documents then or do we have to wait for them to come back and request them?
