Checking after a long time. I took my oath on 18th Oct actually and received certificate on 31st Oct. Normal processing.

Oath invite came from Niagara office (where my file was moved)

My application showed decision made on Aug 10. But i got email for oath in sept end for oath in oct mid. So yeah it takes time and every case is very different in terms of timeline. One issue is when file is shifted to a different office. That's what happened in my case.

The chances are bleak. Even if you get a invite for oath today, the ceremony date will be atleast 4 weeks away. Then you will have to ask for expedite shipping on certificate and then apply for urgent processing on passport. All of this depends on your reason for urgency. Spending Vaca time on...

I got mine after 12 days by normal post. Oath done on 18th October. Niagara Office. You should be on the look out this week or next. Many in my group got it earlier than me but still within 2-3 days window.

My application processing office was Niagara Falls. My file was transferred from Windsor to Niagara. On another note, I've received the certificate exactly 15 days after the ceremony and 1 week after my application was updated as complete.

I think I saw in one of the group. The person got this email when invited for test. After the oath was complete, (s)he got the certificate in email within 3 hours. However the story goes further, when (s)he went to the passport office, the officers refused to accept this certificate and asked...

May I ask how many people were there in your batch? I took us 45 mins in wait time before we were allowed to join the room. I don't know if morning time was 1 of the reasons too, but there were around 192 people in our batch.

Congrats. I'm still waiting but hoping to get it within this week as my status was update to "Complete" last week.

Can you shed more light on the question? It is a bit unclear. Your minor kid was living with you, I presume, so he/she is eligible to apply for the Citizenship on the same criteria as you are. What am I missing?

My application is updated as "Complete" on both the new tracker and ECAS portal, 10 days after the Oath Ceremony. Waiting for the certificate now.

Actual test is easier than the practice tests. Richmond Library questions are above and beyond the scope. You won't get the questions on current leaders in the test. Don't think too much. I always say this - If you think you are getting anxious and burdened, then better to give the test now...

I saw today - Both the tracker and ECAS says application complete. Waiting for the certificate now. Looks like our application is following the exact same path. Let me know when you get your certificate.

Yes, ECAS and tracker both show "No update".
