    Maybe you can call and see if an agent is able to look up at your communications, however im not sure if after the file is transferred to a VO they can access that

    I understand. But from I’ve seen on other groups from other local VO, AOR2 is not always sent but this line 2 on ECAS is somehow an equivalent. Have you seen any other updates after line 2 on ECAS ?

    It takes about a week to be delivered to a US address. But you have to mail fingerprints. Also, there are some places that can take digital finegerprints. Im in the US now, and I had to send mine with my application
