Do all files get transferred to LVO? I've received my notes today and it says that my primary office is CPC-Ottawa and secondary is the CIO. Eligibility is Recommend Passed, and Security and Criminality Not Started. I'm FSW-O.

I am the main applicant and I have a joint account with my common-law partner. Does he need to sign a No Objection Certificate, stating that he has no objection in handing the funds in this joint account? We are using the money in this account for the proof of funds.
