Applied on March 9th. My file was with bangalore VFS.

Today I got my status changed on VFS to 1. Processed passport is dispatched 2. after sometime Passport dispatched Will it be +ve or -ve

Before this status, It was showing the processed passport is being dispatched. Any idea what does this mean? +ve or -ve?
