Well i dont think that m the right person to answer this but i do have a perception that the pg diplomas are better in canada than in india but at the same time it varies from one college to another. Also, as u have said, it also depends upon the student. You shoud apply for universities as well...

Maybe u can try for general category where students have to meet university's criteria. Send an email to your university and ask them. They ll guide you properly
