Daily commute (Detroit-Windsor) (H1b and Canada PR)

Actually, I became Canadian last year and got my h1b this year through a consulting firm. I have h1b visa in my hand but didn't join that consulting firm yet and wish to transfer h1b to a full-time job. Visa Denial question on the ITA form

    >>Also some say it is just a petition that was not approved & not a visa denial, as visa was never issued. These guys are correct and the petition is not a visa. I am in Canada and was in the same situation and I didn't include those H1B fresh petitions as visa denial.
