That message comes to everyone. Download the form and then right click and open. The attachment limit is 2MB oer doc. If you are sending multiple documents, you can attach upto 3.5mb. And You can send multiple CSEs to submit documents.I had to send 3 CSEs to submit all the documents to add my baby.

IRCC Facebook agent told me it can take upto 30 days. But i am planning on calling IRCC . We live 2 hrs away from Canadian border and activating PR is so simple for us. But we worry that we will not get the second COPR on time before medical expiry.

Basically "NO" I tried technical problem option 2-3 times to get some help about how to update it. But all the time, they send me the generic email with a link to Frequently asked questions. What i did was , change it in the actual PR application after i receive my ITA. hope this helps
