Has anyone else from Ottawa been stuck because one of the family members have not progressed to DM? It seems that this cohort is not making progress...

It is... I believe everything is possible. We have to sit tight and wait. One possibility for your case is that they may still request FP... but who knows?

Not yet. FP done on Feb 12 . Test passed on Mar 1st. I got DM on Mar 3rd. Apparently, FP was added to the application only on Mar 6th ( as per the call center).

I was informed that children will be IP until the Oath. The parents should get DM and then all family member should be invited to attend the oath ceremony.
