Landing Experience at Peace Bridge and return using AVR on H1B

I am trying to find on where I said the SIN office is right behind the building. I couldn't find it. However if I had said it somewhere that is not true to my knowledge. I got my SIN in Brampton.

Canada Landing Experience at Peace Bridge/Return to US on AVR (H1B)

You can certainly fly to Buffalo, NY and cross Peace bridge. However taking a taxi is not a really clever option. Even though you are lawfully allowed to my knowledge, I personally wouldn't do it. My recommendation would be to rent a car at Buffalo airport and drive to peace bridge and back...

Canada Landing Experience at Peace Bridge/Return to US on AVR (H1B)

Yes! I had to declare both mine and my wife's. I had originally declared it in 186A as goods to follow. However the officer herself put it back on BSF186 in vehicles list and took it off 186A GTF. I did not do anything besides declaring it on the form. Nothing needs to be done until you actually...

You are absolutely correct. I had a U.S Marines friend when I was in Illinois. I still do. I talk a lot with him about his experiences. He used to tell me how these people liked when addressed as Sir/Mam etc... I do not use it unless I am talking to a police officer or in this case Immi officer...

Nope. They did not ask for photos. Won't hurt to carry a few though. Although I am a 100% sure you do not need any photos. The one on the COPR is enough

Canada Landing Experience at Peace Bridge/Return to US on AVR (H1B)

I am thinking I979 was a typo. You do not need H1B Stamping if you have a valid I797A and a valid i-94. I-94 is attached to your approved 797A. If your previous H1B stamp is expired, yes you can use AVR. Good luck
