Did you try contacting NDVO to find out what is causing the delay as it is 13 months now? My husband is a March applicant and within a week his application will exceed the 12 month processing time as well.

He is from Afghanistan but he has lived all his life in Pakistan so we were only required to submit a Police Certificate from Pakistan.

He is residing in Pakistan and has no travel history.
