How do you get the final confirmation to spousal visa for pr in Canada saying visa is granted? Will it be by mail, phone or email?

Hi I am the sponsor, living in Toronto. My process is Outland Spousal. I have moved to a new place in Canada so my address and phone are new. -do I inform CIC, and how can I make changes - if the applicant moves do they have to inform CIC as well?
