It is seen that medicals are processed from Sydney and then the application is passed to the VO with less workload. My application first went to Sydney, then Edmonton and then Vancouver - which is still under process

Don't worry - simply send the additional documents via web form and connect with CIC over the phone and inform them that you have sent the extra documents. They will send a notification to the officers to check it. If they will find the documents good enough then they will reopen the application.
