I applied on 23rd March from Ahmedabad vfs . If we don't get study permit on time thn we have to inform to our college or University about this concern that still my study permit is under process. So allow me few days of extension for joining institution

Not yet .it's still showing same status after medical.

I got update related to my medical before two days. It's shows I passed the medical exam. So after that how much time they normally take to make final decision related to my application.

But is it true that visa office will not grant visa above your passport expires date? Like if I'm applying for two years study program but my passport expires before two years so Canadian visa office allow me two years study permit in this case or not?

Can anyone solve my doubt. My passport expires on Feb 2020 so I read somewhere that visa office will not grant visa more thn the time of expiry date of your passport??? It's not possible to renew my passport from Canada??
