    Yes, I emailed to that address only .. they responded after couple of days .. do send follow-up emails .. Im in PST, was sending emails in my evening and got most of the replies by around 10 AM PST

    Yes .. I did that before they even asked me for one and they responded back stating it was needed in my case.. If you used Fedex then you'll have the option to generate commercial invoice online, under Fedex shipping manager

    They responded in few days time . yesterday they responded more than once and finally my Fedex tracker was updated around 11 AM PST. Just now received my passports

    Congratulations ! From your's and one of the previous post it looks like they take 6 days to activate Fedex part.. I was able to generate Commercial Invoice from Fedex Shipping Manager, have send them the PDF copy in email . Hopefully that works Thanks !

    the email which they send me has no mention about commercial invoice .. any ideas on how I can generate one from Fedex

    PPR email didn't mention anything about commercial invoice .. I had declared the value/type of documents etc while creating the return shipping label . . I'll wait and see if they really want one created extra or is there an option for me to create one from Fedex shipping account and email...

    Portal was updated yesterday evening with status as "application approved/counterfoil generated etc " . however the Fedex tracking number shows no status changes

    I'm also in same boat, passport received by Ottawa on 17th Jan.. still no update from Ottawa office .. Ive an upcoming appointment with DMV for drivers license renewal, which requires passports not sure on what to do
