    I have to extend my work permit which will expire in March 2020! My employer submitted another LMIA application in November 2019, I am waiting for the positive LMIA but the processing time is 120 days! Can I apply to extend my work permit while waiting for the LMIA? What should I do?

    Applying for a work permit visa with dismissed DUI

    Please I need help! I had a DUI in Utah-USA in 2004 but the case was dismissed dropped in 2009 , 9 years have passed When I return to US in 2007 my tourist visa was canceled they sent me back home because I overstayed in US. 5 years ban! 11 years have passed. I am waiting for the LMIA as well...
