Hi, Yes I paid all the fees upfront. I emailed CIC Hi - Yes I paid the RPRF fee upfront. Not sure of my visa office. I emailed CIC, but havent heard back.

I did, but of course their standard response is "The date is just an estimate". So frustrated :(
