AOR Aug 2018. I sent a Webform last week inquiring about my application. The response I got was that they are still processing it. Because of the COVID-19 restriction there are fewer agents working and hence the delay. SO I guess we just wait.

My work permit expires in Sept 2019. My AOR is August 2018 and I am pretty sure I will not receive my PR by Sept 2019. When do you think I should apply for the BOWP? What is the current processing time?

I didn't either. I forgot to submit a copy of my birth certificate and I have been asked to submit the document within a week. There was no mention of any proof of funds. The financial requirements are verified by OINP so I guess that's why we don't need to submit it.

Wait a sec... so I got my ONIP nomination through the Masters -No Job category and I have my Express Entry profile active. So can I apply via the Express Entry? I thought as a Masters Nominee I can only apply for paper based PR the processing time of which is thrice as long as the express.
