There is a difference between actual years and academic years... In Canada 8 actual months = 1 academic years... on PGWP academic years matter... 2 academic years(16 actual months) will get you 3 years of PGWP

I don't see why a Full Time program will be a problem...

16 months = 2 academic years = 3 years PGWP... this is true across entire Canada

You have to tell them why are you going 2 months earlier... Do you have a family or friends you want to visit?(If yes then carry names addresses and numbers). Do you want to see the country?(If yes then what is your itinerary?) or if there is any other valid reason(proof of that)... and finally...

You will have to show your CV, Degree, Mark-sheets, or any other documents supporting all your claims in SOP... SOP does not deal with financial side of things

Statement of Purpose

No problem.. just convince them you won't work during these 2 months and you have enough funds to support your stay during these months...
