I completed my class 12th with medical stream from CBSE board. But I went through Maths exam as a private candidate from Pseb board. Will the pseb maths be considered as an equivalent to canadian high school maths as I need to register for my courses?

After submitting an online application for study visa, what does the passport request mean? Is it approval or unpredictable especially when it is mentioned that a decision has been made on your application? And for that they need our passport with atleast one blank page on it.
