I got a CoPR PDF directly from the Etobicoke office. They asked me to send the photo directly to them to their address and these it. I don't know what you mean by portal here? You mean your IRCC CIC account ? or separate portal to send photos

Hi, my application got approved on April 1. The VO office is Etobicoke. They sent the email pdf today morning. Generally, it takes 2 days to 2 weeks.

Congrats on getting CoPR. Do you know how long it took for it to reflect online after completing all the eligibilities?

No, not reflected yet online. When I called on the 1st week of March they told me security is yet to start. Then by the end of the week, I got a GU. Called them again the following week and they mentioned that everything is passed.

Happened to me as well. Been more than week they told me that everything is approved but no changes on my account. Some say it takes 2 weeks to months. Let's see how lucky we are. All the best

Just an update.. Called the CIC agent today as I saw update yesterday, I am a CEC inland applicant AOR - Nov 3 Medical - passed, dec16 Got my first GU on 10th March Called agent on 11 the march to ask what was the update, they told that eligibility and criminality passed and security not...
