Hello all, my friend was sponsored by his wife and just got his passport request, he's been asked to take his passport to a VAC. Thing is, he's in Canada visiting his husband at the moment, he's in Toronto and there's no VAC in Canada. Can anyone please advice on what to do? Thank you in advance.

Lol. The PPR mail from ndvo says submit to vfs India or vfs Nepal. Vfs India you must submit in person, Nepal accepts courrier.

Tons of people have changed successfully in Nigeria. Doesn't even take up to a week to get a new PPR. Also on June WhatsApp group. Worst case scenario if you're reluctant to change or in a hurry, courier your passport to Nepal VFS!
