All you can do is wait we all in same boat. My wife's app is coming up on 11 months Sept 1. Manila VO. The waiting is painful most apps are processed within 12 months just a bit longer to wait.

UPDATE: I heard back from Manila VO. They told me I am still within the 12 months timeframe and my wife's app is in queue to be reviewed by a migration officer. Perhaps my email will give them a push!? Let see.

Someone got their PPR hours after emailing the VO. Generally they always tell you you're within the 12 month processing time. I emailed them yesterday can't hurt.
