In order to apply from Quebec you need a CSQ, the normal way to get it takes about 1year... the express way takes 20 days aprox but you will need to be either a postgraduate in Quebec or have 1 year work experience in Quebec... so either way it's gonna take you long to get the CSQ. Plus, once...
