Some Canada Post offices take pictures for PR cards, passports, etc., and continue doing so even now. See if you can find one near you. Good luck.

Anybody knows if, in the original application package, by biographical pages, CIC refers just to first pages with photos and personal information (e.g. date of birth)? They do not want scans and translations of pages with travels stamps, right? Thank you!
