U can submit the profile a month before your 1 year experience. its the invitation that counts, when u get ur invitation you must have completed 1 year or else u might have to reject the invitation and wait for the next turn until the 1 year tenure is achieved.

If i get invited before the work experience can i wait till my work experience is done and accept the same invitation by that completion date if it is not expired yet?
