May I ask what happened? 42 days sounds atrocious. Did it take them 42 days to send you passports back to you? Or are you visa exempt, and it took them that long to update your profile?

For ours, when the remed passed, it showed as if it was last years'. So it said "you passed the medical exam on the 6th of June 2018" lol

Thank you!! No, not under security screening. Ordered GCMS notes a dozen of times, nothing could be seen in them. Everything look fine. Not even review required. No, we were at Ottawa. PPR from London though

Thank you so much!! We got our remed request on the 14th of May, went to the exam on the 29th of May. Then passed the medical exam on the 6th of June and got PPR on the 10th of June.

We got it just two hours ago :-)

Oh my god we just got a medical request!!! Can't believe it. Someone has actually picked up our file! Nothing has happened since the 23rd of October 2018, so this is amazing. So happy!

Hello everyone! We didn't get our PPR, but got the Working Holiday Visa (IEC) approved. So that's a one year work visa. This means we can buy our flight tickets and plan for a year in Canada. Yaaay :-)

Nothing... Have started following up with IRCC weekly though. And we applied for a Working Holiday Visa (IEC) last week, which has an estimated 8 weeks processing time. So we'll see if that comes in before the PPR. Really hoping for good news soon. Thank you so much for asking. Hope you are well :)

Just called IRCC. Guess what. Very rude agent and no movement since October 2018. But he said to call back in a month. Last time (December) they said call back in four months. Perhaps it's a good sign :-)
