    Yes it remains the same after downloading the soft copy. For me I didn't received my hard copy first time , then I called them and asked to send it again. Anyhow soft copy is the same as hard copy and you can upload the soft copy for Pr application

    Vitesze, if you had any other email mentioned earlier for any kind of visa , then they might have sent it to that email id only. This has happened with one guy. His PPR mail was sent to mail id which he gave at the time of work visa. For PR he gave new id but then also his ready for visa mail...

    If its showing PGDM then most probably it will assess as PGDM. they changed the criteria some time back. :( May be you can try IQAS but it does not have that equivalency tool. Search in the forum if someone else had got ECA with same degree as yours.

    You can check from the degree equivalency tool. Earlier when I applied it was showing as masters for my MBA degree and got evaluation as masters but now it shows as four year bachelor degree.
