You have to provide legal document of separation and if you meet eligibility to sponsor both then you should have sponsored both as you dont have legal document. Affidavit or anything doesnt help as govt requires legal separation document as in your country also to say a couple is separated they...

May not be totally true, I think last more then 5000 applications were wasted, so they included them this year. Let us wait for good news soon...but until everyone from first draw receive SA(Sponsorship Approval) there wont be any second draw...so look out to august 15th or beyond that unless...
