Decision can be anything... As u have applied offline....however in online case,passport request is considered approval... Soo u can wait for further update... Or else u can ask ur agent...he might have received the decision

They have taken the decision regarding your application... Now u just need to have patience... I received this email on 31 jan but my visa issue date on passport is 22 january...soo u have to wait now for ur passport.
