I finally got my passport request after 370 days,on the 03May 2018. I have submitted our passports on the 08 May 2018 and are waiting for the visas+COPR. I really hope that everyone waiting for more than 12 months will also be served.

@Beltex,our medical were supposed to expire on 26 April 2018,since We can’t land with an expired medical.The Visa officer who interviewed me send us 5 different medical requests for each member of my family on the same day of the interview.

Good day @marcogbarcellos , I also received that message on How to find a job in Canada.It was not just a generic message as my file was sent to the my local visa office on the same day(15/02/2018).Which was a progress for me because my file was stuck at CIO/Sydney for 10 months.
