I have. My AOR was 19th march and I received the PPR email on 8th Aril

Not really .I am on F1 here in USA and I did it electronically. You can fill the form online but you have to send the fingerprints via post. It takes 48hrs from the time they receive the fingerprint card. Mine took a week for the entire process.

Yeah true I checked in the morning so many applicants from India got the PPR's today. Definitely a good sign. Good luck to you .

My AOR was 18th march and when I contacted CIC they had told me my file is at Sydney visa office a week ago but the email I received was from Ottawa so I am not sure about my visa office.
