Yes I got it notarized from UPS. I notarized one copy of each required document (I believe the notary sealed and signed both). In some cases, where seal was not possible, I believe she signed and gave seal on a different copy certifying that document is correct etc.

You can also search for places that do liveScan but you will need to check with them if they give you a printout of fingerprint card that you can then mail to FBI.

I mailed the documents to SFO consulate and they were received today, 8/20.

After I asked them to update, it took them 2 weeks to issue the report with corrected name.

Just an update: in my case, I wanted to play safe and so I asked WES to correct the mistake. They gave me a new report with corrected name.
