i had 390 / 450 and i received the delay letter and am still waiting it seems like you are trying to find the cut off for what is considered safe.. but i don't think you will find it unfortunately :(

Does anyone know of any instance where someone has been waiting for 2+ months after having received the letter, and then received their CSQ? I've only heard instances of either people remaining on hold or receiving rejections after receiving the delay letter

just to confirm - is it only the speaking test which is being changed? I assume the listening test won't be changed because it's not subjective
