I am in same situation have a job offer from employer based in Montreal. Can I give Montreal, Quebec address to receive my PR card? I have got the PR through Express Entry program.

Yes you need to get a police clearance certificate from UK police. As you have done your masters from UK I assume you have stayed there for more than 6 months. Its simple process you can even get the certificate as early as in 2-3 days if I am not wrong, you can get the details here...

Same with me 8 overall and 7.5 in listening ...sad

This is really unfair that the listening was difficult as compared to previous tests. I have written to ielts.india@idp.com. Please guys you as well write to idp in case u have given the test through idp and lets hope for the best...
