you can call the CIC customer care using Google Hangouts or skype and the IVR reads exactly what is there in your status. If you have patience, after the IVR you have an option to talk to an agent but these days the wait times are over 30 mins. Number - 6139444000

Same here... I called up CIC and they mentioned my case is still in CIO and eligibility is in progress.. I was moved to IP2 (after staying in NA2 for 7 day) on 27th Feb. AOR 10th FEB

They may be at towards the end of background check process when the system update was rolled out. If they have old AORs that may prove this theory.

True. In AOR Jan 2018 forum, ppl are speculating if this is a system glitch :eek:

My AD status changed to "No docs needed". But along with that BG status changed to IP2 as well from NA2 (We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information). Does this mean eligibility is done ? Kind of not sure as it is too early (17 days since AOR)...

Mine too. I guess it is NA2. And what I know from the forum is that this is the most critical stage where the documents are scrutinized. Fingers Crossed !!
