@Mrmoody90 i think you should contact the nearest canadian embassy to you to make the interview as theres no way you can do it in Sydney When i apply to USA visa, they mentioned that you can make your interview any where in the world just go on your time which u selected in the nearest usa...

I cant apply from my home country as we don't have a Canadian embassy there in Palestine, its only located in Israel and not allowed to travel there so the next nearest country is Eygpt and my lawyer has previous experience of getting rejected there, so the best choice is USA but I may either...

Im Palestinian on a visit visa now in USA, I’ve submitted my application on 2/12/2017 online through an agent in Canada and I did my finger prints in Los Anglos canadian visa office.

I know this is why I said what I heard from my lawyer and will be good to hear from others

@kira260, this is why I'm asking cause my lawyer said the same info to me a long time ago, but he doesn't want to use it as we may get a refusal from the officer cause we are pushing to get an answer although it may take a long time if we take it to the court too :(

@kira260, what was the response? did he/she get any answer after submitting this demand letter? do you know exactly to whom it should be sent? I will I do that as I have a history of travel before?
