I never got the "pre-arrival email" either... some people on this Forum answered me that they got PPR and never received the "pre-arrival email"... so I don't know what to think...

I passed medical more than 7 months ago... therefore, this is not an assured reference.

Have you received the "pre-arrival letter email"? because you did not add to the list...
