I had the same doubt but then we decided to answer this question considering after we got married. We also included copies of the boarding tickets and the stamps on my passport as evidence.

Hello @Jasrique Our process started on the October 23 2017. Last month (June 14 to be exact) I received an email from São Paulo VO asking for additional proof of relationship. I've submitted the additional proof last week and now we're waiting :)

I believe it depende on the Visa Office and also on each case. My case has been transferred to São Paulo in December 2017 and I haven't heard anything from them since.
