    No, it is not a visitor visa. Everyone application is unique. I believe, dependent children are processed quicker considering there no background check for infants.

    I would wait till condition is changed and then inform IRCC about the change in condition. You may inform them now but I believe it would change anything as your conditions are still unchanged until baby is born.
