After 1 year is passed (since the day your applicatin was recieved, aka AOR), you can call IRCC and ask for details. If no details were given and no action was taken in a week contact your neighbourhood MP, MPs have assistant who should take care of these issues.

I think we need to figure out a way to push the processing of our applications. Some 2018 applicants did their oath while our applications are still as is. Any suggestion for how to reach the media/court/parliament?

Same here, mississauga, no Dec applicant was invited to test yet and there are many Nov applicants still waiting the same. It seems there's a bottleneck here although many GTA people are sent to do the test at Scarborough. Anyone with an idea about what's going on? why people are not getting...

Nope, still early. It depends on your city, officer.. etc. The average for December applicants AOR is around 50 days across different cities. You did not reach that yet. Your AOR will hopefully show up this or next week.
