That's one thing I don't understand. So the security check means they always refer to CBSA? and then u only get stuck if you are under Security screening? and what triggers SS from not for individuals?

Everything is confusing about the way they work!! I just called CIO for an update given that LVO email answers are abrupt and the agent insisted that she can't access the notes / status if the case is handled outside Canada, she was nice and helpful though, however i"m sure I read several times...

I just hope it is a positive update .... and no more ADRs .... any idea when do you get PPR after submitting ADRs?

Also, asking for an update after receiving and submitting 2 ADRs in 2 days and just crossing the 6 months processing time, I got the following reply: "We are still reviewing your application and will be in touch again soon with an update." Is that the common answer? :)

You submit it via your online application; when they request an additional document, they always create a new attachment field for it in your online application. Click view submitted application and you will find it. After attaching all requested documents, make sure to click next and fill in...

Mine too, I haven't checked the status but they contacted me this week twice for ADRs so I think someone is going to review ur file very soon

It looks like an average of 5 months for someone to start working on ur file since file transfer date to LVO. At least that was my case.
