As mentioned in the CIC website, you cannot check your status before you get the AOR. But me, I could do this. I just wanted to share the info with every other person who didn't have a chance to double check the website and see if he/she can access to the online application now.

I am diabetic too, but it is type 2 and my cost is less than 600$ a year. I am in stress too and hope I will pass my MR too. Thanks for your insightful comments

This happened to me before MR. Once they asked additional documents and on that time I remember that my background check status was NA. Then two days after I submitted my documents, it returned back to in progress. Is that what you mean?
