Paper application received by IRCC on February 23, 2023, AOR on May 29, 2023 and they started processing the application on the same day. No updates. ECAS shows "In Progress". :mad:

How long do applications remain in progress? We were able to link application on May 27, then it went in progress the week after but no updates since then.

Application is now "In Progress" as of May 29, 2023. I'm assuming they will ship it soon and we will receive the card by mid next week.

If you already have an appointment, you're good as long as you are under 45 days before travel. You won't get sent elsewhere.

My new tracker just got updated to citizenship closed, backdated to July 6 which matches the Canada post postmark on my certificate.

Yes, I had already shared that my ECAS was set to complete the day after my oath, but the new tracker still shows "in progress", even though I even applied for my passport already.

Had an appointment at Surrey Passport office this morning, walked directly to the security person, was let in immediately. In and out in about 1 hour. Paid for express, pick up on July 22

Final update: my online tracker still shows "Oath Ceremony" in progress but I received my Canadian Citizenship certificate 10 minutes ago. Oath: July 5, 2022 Certificate received: July 11, 2022.

It's ok. You were in Canada and that's all they care about. I don't think host can see your IP in Zoom anyway, so you should be fine.
