I thought you were supposed to use the service in the ECAS for changes in address. You could also email Rabat if you are not sure. It definitely sounds a little confusing.

Shouldn't they just call you back - we are not even sure it was them that called - didn't say embassy on phone and they never left a message. Unless someone were to call back the number and get the embassy - they wouldn't even know they called. It would be more fair if they just emailed people...
