I don't understand why they are taking soooo long :( I have been on DIP since 26th FEB 2018... ADR they asked for my WES documents... 20days :/ Any one in the same boat with me?

That should not be a problem, as long as your application is in decision in progress you should be fine. The OINP doesnt reject applications just like that, unless you have fake documents or things dont add up. Since when is your application been on the "decision in progress" stage?

Has anyone been nominated recently? I have been on "decision in progress" since 26th Feb 2018.... and on the ontario tracker, havent seen any one get nominated since 6th March 2018..
