No. This person got Medical Request and other on 18th of February. So pretty sure this isn't a mistake.

There was someone who received AOR on 2021-02-18 as per the tracker. Are they on the forum? How did they ensure IRCC opens their file and processes it?

I got the same response that my application is still not in the system. Submitted on 16 September 2021. We are past 5 months now. Moreover, ours is a straightforward application.
