vfs tracking site basicaly shows the status of your passport and gckey shows the status of your file. At time embassy takes time to release the passport so that is why vfs tracking site is showing that it is under process. Dnt worry just pack your bags and book your tickets. Congrats..

seeing your profile above I think your chances are high for getting a visa. I hope you don't have any band less than 6. In case to increase more chance of getting a visa then try to pay 1st-year full fees and also get GIC certificate. Rest you have a very good profile.

you can also link your profile without Application number and Uci Number. You can use your family name and given name as an option to link your file. I have also linked my applcation without app number and uci number.

THEN TRY LINKING YOUR FILE WITH UCI NUMBER AND APPLICATION NUMBER. YOU MUST HAVE GOT AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT LETTER IN YOUR MAIL FROM EMBASSY, IN THAT LETTER BOTH OF THESE TWO THINGS ARE MENTIONED.

NO. TRACKING ON VFS WEBSITE YOU WILL ONLY GET TO KNOW ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR FILE. BUT BY LINKING UR FILE WITH GC KEY YOU WILL FULL INFO LIKE STATUS OF YOUR MEDICAL TEST, ALSO YOU WILL GET TO KNOW THE ACTUAL RESULT OF YOUR VISA.

first u need to make a GC KEY account on that website by entering ur details and setting security questions after which u can link ur paper application with that account.
